What does the Agent of type "Oracle" do? (Newbie playing Rome campaign)

I have an agent of type "Oracle", with a precognition capability level 4. She is not able to move.

What is this character about?
What can it do?
Can I produce/train it via a building?

I am newbie to DBM and started the Rome campaign.

Afaik its a feature that isnt finished, they either dont work or cause issues depending on your version
in my 1.2 games they dont do much, ive tried moving diff char types adjacent to them but cant get the missions
the game also thinks they are princess and often offers marriage proposals, im afraid to accept since may cause crash
would general get stuck in oracle spot? Would family tree glitch out?
Fortunately theyve all been like age 60 so havent been tempted to accept but still gets in way of adoption or real marriage that i desperately need, ive only gotten a few coming of age and my starting princess stole a ptolomy general ��
aware this is necromancy but ive looked for a few days and havent found in bug lists
