Thread: Arabs Speak Arabic Submod (Released) for 2.3.2

  1. #1

Default Arabs Speak Arabic Submod (Released) for 2.3.2

The title explains it all (well, except for the narrator...)

    . Installation

    1. Make a backup of .dat and idx files in Medieval 2 Total War/data/sounds, then copy and paste

    2. Delete events.dat and events.idx files in Broken Crescent/data/sounds

    3. Make a backup of export_descr_sounds_soldier_voice.txt and export_descr_sounds_unit_voice.txt in Broken Crescent/data and copy and paste

    4. Start Broken Crescent and it should work fine.

If 2.4 and 2.4.2 does not add a unique accent not existing in vanilla M2TW, it should be compatible.

I'd love to if you could send me both "export_descr_sounds_soldier_voice.txt" and "export_descr_sounds_unit_voice.txt" of your mod.

(NECRO) Yep. very weird. The unpacked sound files appear to be vanilla. Mistakes happen. But it's weird that nobody has cared enough to report the problem in over 6 years is weird.
