    Hi all!
    Im entirley new to modding and im trying my hand at modding warhammer total war. Ive looked at magnars intro video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CtoD9TcjuBI and googled around some, however as said very new.

    What im trying to do is change what buildings your starting city (capital) have when you start a main campaign, id like to both upgrade the level of the main building and add a couple of buildings. Ive found the start_pos file for buildings, made changes, exported to binary, used BOB, moved the file to the data folder and activated outdated mods then activated the mod. But the changes ive done doesnt seem to apply/take effect. Do I need to confirm the changes in several places?

    Any input is welcome.

    (the idea for the mod simply to give all the core player factions a small boost by giving them a more epic capital at start).
