    So I wanted to make a post like this basically essentially recapping what is currently in the public build and some other pieces of useful information. This thread is more geared towards first timers or other members who don't quite know the same details as others who have been more actively following the mod.


    With the latest public build of Medieval Kingdoms 1212 AD you get access to the following.

    37 factions:

    Kingdom of Sicily
    Kingdom of Hungary
    Second Bulgarian Tsardom
    Grand Principality of Serbia
    Empire of Nicaea
    Empire of Trebizond
    Despotate of Eprius
    Latin Empire
    Sultanate of Rum
    Kingdom of Georgia
    Cilician Armenia
    Ayyubid Sultanate
    Kingdom of Jerusalem and Cyprus
    Cuman Khanate
    Kievan Rus
    Duchy of Lesser Poland

    Over 1000 units so far and counting! Also featuring custom siege weapons such as bombards and mortars.


    Q: Will there be naval units? Will there be custom castles? Will this faction be in the mod? Will you add more units to this faction? Will there be a campaign?

    A: Yes to ALL. All those things will be in this mod, we can't say when exactly but each and everyone of those things will be in this mod before we're through.

    That's all I got, I'll update this thread with other pieces of info for questions often asked.

    Q:Is there going to be hot fix for the new update?
    Examples of what need fixing:French Man at Arms don't have shields but have access to Shieldwall,Elite skirmishers have more melee damage than elite swords,Man at Arms type of units need to cost at least 1750 because no unit can beat them except elite cav,Half units got increased weapon damage and the rest have the same,Bulgarian Hvy Spearmen got 16 melee damage but Russian Spearmen which cost pretty much the same have 31 melee damage

    I would recommend adding a list of factions that will be playable in the future. Plus will you be making vanilla cities look more medieval?
