Default Book suggestions - 30YW , Northern War?

Looking for books about the Thirty Years' War and the Great Northern War, any recommendations? I've already seen The Thirty Years' War: Europe's tragedy mentioned in the historical books threads, but other suggestions are welcome. Couldn't find anything about the Northern War there, though.

From what perspective - Just general or military, or a particular region or country?

You can try JSTOR if your of a mind for published papers (academic that is ) and University press type books. If you go to MyJSTOR you can register and book up 3 works a month on a 'book self' that you can read online. I pretty sure if you do a search with either of your terms you find quit a bit to read.

I would prefer something focused more on the Swedish perspective, but general suggestions are also welcome

Recently I read Peter Englund’s Years of War (about 30YW) and The Invincible (about Charles X Gustav regin) and I can truelly recommend them, especially in terms of Swedish perspective.
He also wrote Poltava about GNW, but I haven’t read it though :/

I can also recommend Peter Englund's works on the 30YW. Very detailed, well contextualized, and comfortable to read.
