The colours of her old house fell to the floor and Harrold Arryn placed his own colours around the young Lady's shoulders and so the newly wed Lady Joy Arryn was revealed to the realm, the ceremony was completed with the traditional bedding and so the union between House Arryn and House Lannister was complete. The Lord and Lady only had that one night before the Knight of the Vale had to lead his force from the Mountains to finish the war against the tyranny of the Targaryen Dynasty.

Petyr had successfully orchestrated the destruction of House Targaryen and had begun the events that would lead to a united Realm to replace the Broken Kingdom that had come before it. With the finalised marriage between Harrold Arryn and Joy Lannister the next stage of Petyr's plan had become public and so more care was required with the decisions that would follow. The host had suffered a hold-up with the defeat of Royce's forces but still the plan progressed and the Targaryen Restoration will be put to rest.
Petyr was displeased to hear of what was transpiring in the Riverlands where the bastard Wolf seemed to be using his teeth. But the wolves were Lions' game as Petyr needed to finish off the Dragons in order to save Westeros from itself.
