I think after we fixed that liberation crash issue early in the beta, its actually the most stable any release as been so far. Like I said - its sort of a minor miracle. We now have 3 robust, complicated script systems in the game: Population, Supply, and Reforms. The traits system is also now very large and involved as well for scripting. All of those together make it fairly likely to have issues, thankfully we beta tested PoR for almost a year so that found the issues there.

Also redoing the grand campaign startpos using a map not designed for it had me scared as well.

Going to sticky this thread for the next couple weeks so people have a place to go when they ask what 1.2 will include (especially since many Steam users are not aware of many of these things yet). I changed the Steam version to have a warning about the upcoming update not being save compatible, so having an easily accessible summary of changes will be useful. I will unsticky this once 1.2.1 is out.

For now its going to remain a closed thread, any feedback, bug reports, questions, etc can be posted in the appropriate threads.
