*title* Maybe Kislev? I am quite new to Warhammer, and would love to wield massed musket formations like in Napoleonic warfare. With big beasts, magic, runes and other stuff, it could be balanced. So has it been done already?

Apologies for anyone who's message i may miss or not be able to answer
Short answer: no.
Longer answer: Black powder is fairly new in the Warhammer world. The Dwarfs have mastered it best, but they are quite traditional, hence they still use crossbows and such. But their artillery is triple A. Due to relatively good diplomatic standings with the Dwarfs, the Empire is close behind on black powder tech. The Southern realms (Tilea, Estalia and the Border Princes are also pretty good with black powder, either trhough affilitation with the Dwarfs or Empire, or through their own inventors.
The rest of the factions (excluding non-covered ones as Nippon) are pretty far behind (except maybe Chaos Dwarfs). So, basicly, Dwarfs and Empire are a sclose as it gets, and they're pretty much portraided well by CA. Another option would be to look into the Southern realms, with an excellent mod by Cataph (TEB factions).
If you're into the guns thing, the Dwarfs are the best bet, they got great missile infantry.
But if you want cavalry gunners then you gotta go for Empire; Dwarfs have no cavalry.
Play empire if you want to run a napoleonic comp stack. Cav will be vital to protect your flank and in-game empire artillery is better than dwarf artillery.
The Army of Nuln uses Gunlines supported by Pikes primarily, but they´re part of Wissenland here. Additionaly every Empire Faction is currently identical anyways^^
