    Default override a minister's bodyguard without Tweak

    pretty much any other time i could just use esf editor but i'm not sure what to look for if it's even possible. i did see something about the CA kit being patched to process startpos and i have the assembly kit on auto update but i'm still unable to make a startpos pack file for characters. i also did a fresh installation of the game and started up without ticking any mod boxes
