First time and learning modding... Grail Demigryphs

So this is my first time trying to create a mod. Been all over the place searching and trying by myself.
If you guys can help me out, that would be really great!

I'm trying to create a hybrid for Bretonnia, Demigryphs as a mount and Grail Knights riding them... It shouldn't be hard to do.
It keeps showing on custom battles/campaign a dublicate of Grail Knights but with my units stats. I don't know what to do.

How do I fix this? and how do I add a unit "image/portrait"?

A pack file would be more useful than an image of the file structure truthfully. We need to see the contents of the tables.

Day 5
So I tried to get someone else mod(that is kinda similar to mine) and use it as base.
Gladly everything is working great!
BUT...
I can't get rid of the Empire riders(with greatswords). I want Grail Knights to mount the Demigryphs.
Everything else seems to be perfect.

What should I do next??

OMG! I got it working guys!!
Just got this tiny little problem where I cant get the lances to glow Like the grail Knights
soon the Mod Will be available on steam

The glow is part of the grail knight animation, you can use the one for grail knights but it won't be wide-legged enough for the demigryph creating clipping problems.
