I've realised why the rule was in the old HS that Egyptian settlements cannot be besieged with siege equipment!

It's because Egypt cannot build siege equipment due to a glitch :/

So Egypt cant make any siege weapons atm. However currently the rules say no siege weapons against Egyptian settlements, I would like to propose we change this no use of sisge weapons against Egypt at all.

Well he ment that I would take the money from him and then at end of his turn give him the siege weapon. However, even with console commands I cant give him siege weapons because there are none coded for Egypt.
