You've been in that situation, haven't you? You want to play a choke-point map like Amazon Confluence. You put 'no artillery' as a rule for obvious reasons. And people come and play and use tactics, instead of camping out in a choke-point with a cannon sticking our of their pants.

But every now and then that guy will appear who will seemingly agree to the rules, but will bring 5 units of artillery to the battle, bombarding the hell out of you. It is not just annoying, it is an unfair advantage, because (s)he will know that you will not be bringing any artillery. So, you are forced either to loose, or to quit. And then the same guy will be continuously joining your game and you will spend the next 20 minutes kicking him out, until you will switch the game off altogether.

So, apart from 'rage quitting', is there another way of dealing with such people? There does not seem to be a ban mechanism, as in other games.
