    Just some words correction

Dan Binh - lit. "peasant-militia" => Good translate

Huong Binh -lit. "crossbow-militia" => Translate to 'crossbow-militia' is ok in term of game play but it's not literally as there's no 'crossbow' in it (the crossbow in Vietnamese => 'nỏ' or without tongues => 'no' ) . Huong Binh (Hương Binh right?) literally mean Town Watch if i'm not mistake

Thương thủ - lit."spearman" => Good translate, without tongues it's Thuong Thu

Cung thủ - lit. "archer" => Good translate, without tongues it's Cung Thu

Thủ tiễn Loquan lit. "Javelin-men" => Write correctly with tongues: Thủ Tiễn Lộ Quân, write correctly without tongues: Thu Tien Lo Quan. However there're of the same type with the spearman and archer so I suggest to erase "Lo Quan' and turn the name to Thu Tien Binh, it's sound better in my opinion

Cấu Liêm Giabinh - lit."Vassal Polearm" => Write correctly with tongues: Câu Liêm Gia Binh, write correctly without tongues: Cau Liem Gia Binh. Otherwise good translation.

Hoa Cau Giabinh. lit. "Vassal Fire-throwers" => Write correctly with tongues: Hỏa Cầu Gia Binh, write correctly without tongues: Hoa Cau Gia Binh. Otherwise good translation.

Ky Binh - lit. "cavalry" => Good translation

Tượng binh - lit. "War Elephant" => Good translation

Cấm Quân - lit. "Imperial Guard" => Good translation

Xy Ky Binh lit. "horse-archer" => Write correctly with tongues: Xạ Kỵ Binh, write correctly without tongues: Xa Ky Binh. Otherwise good translation.

Dung Nghĩa Bình ( 義兵勇 , lit. "Brave & Righteous Troops) => Write correctly with tongues: Dũng Nghĩa Binh, write correctly without tongues: Dung Nghia Binh

Máy Bắn Dá ( 弹射 lit. "catapults") => Good translation

Thanks for the reply. Also, what you think of this picture?
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

It was included as visual support in this thread about the Mongol invasion of Viet. Is it correctly sourced and is it from the right period?

It was fake because it was man-made. However, the iron helmet known as "Dau Mau" (Đầu Mâu) did use in Lı - Trần Dynasty timeline.

After discussed with my friend, I have noticed that I missed one more thing need to fix.

    - About the weapon of Brave & Righteous Troops and any one that carrying a daos :
Well, my friend all agreed that was a Chinese weapon than a Vietnamese one. The Vietnamese daos doesn't have broaden blade, they have
    narrowing blade instead:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

From top to bottom, left to right:
    1. A daos from a 13th century scroll depicting Tran Dynasty daos.
    2. Daos, sword, spearhead and javelin head in the Ly Dynasty.
    3. Daos and sword from Tran Dynasty era.

And a strange daos from Tran Dynasty era without its haft.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

    From top to bottom:
    1. The replica of the "strange" daos
    2. The original "strange" daos

Looks similar to Tang Dynasty daos (not the strange one, the others), Song ones are heavier and broader and use a ring pommel.

It's some kind of pseudo replica, the design was correct (not the mask) in my opinion. There're no evidence about the use of masked helmets thought.

Splendid work, can't wait for the release. Also, I'd really just want to see the release and all this nitpicking with weapons etc. just doesn't contribute to the mod release at all(imo). However, it was interesting to read.

As someone who lives in Europe I'd really enjoy if the next CA title would be in China/Indo-china region, but I guess that won't happen(seeing as they already made attila it is easier for them to re-utilize some unit patterns for next medieval title).

Thanks for your great mod. However I'd like to point out that the 'rựa' machete used by Crossbowmen and Archers wasn't hold correctly.
The blade is hold upside down.

The 'rựa' machete is sharpened inside the curve, not outside.
These weapons were seized by police. After thousands of years, these blades are still very lethal and appear almost in every gang fight.

    Incorrect handle:

    Correct:

Well, this is a criminal who resisted the police. The 'rựa' is still popular among gang members these days

IGdood: Yes, it looks like a falx. The blade is heavy and thick, capable of taking off a limb with one stroke (in fact, there are many cases like that involved gang fight). Maybe the modder should add extra bonus to this vicious weapons?
