I have. IMO it means that you were very lucky to win the battle and shouldn't be allowed to take the victory.

In this case I do think we do all parties involved a good favor by allowing it.

If everyone agrees then fine. But if even one player says that it shouldn't be allowed, then we should go with the literal meaning of the rule as previously stated.

Im in favor of continuing since it was a fleet battle and a relatively even one at that given the odds bar posted, but to keep to the literal meaning of the rule going forward

The Empire has declared war on the Dominion and besieged Falisteni and forted it off.

They did leave a small gap in the north and paid dearly for it

The besieging armies have retreated into the forts. All besieging forces were lead by a general, so they can't sally out, even if the forces are disbanded [checked with the admin].

Emperor Septim did not retreat into a fort but fled into central Valenwood, where one of the best Altmer general met him head on. Emperor Uriel is no more

I'm not part of this hs not even close but i have doubts and questions about heroic victory rule.Actually i will tell my own opinion how the rule should be.

If someone tries a battle 50 times and get 49 defeats and 1 heroic victory it cannot be allowed.
If someone tries a battle 50 times and get 30 heroic victories 20 defeats then it can be allowed.

I believe victory chance must be higher than defeat chance and there must be no other victory possibility.Usually admirals with 3-4 command takes heroic victory on same odds everytime.(atleast in some of Westeros mods)

Imo the only reason it should be allowed in this case is because Captainnorway is already playing this to the end and probably not enjoying it.

Heroic victories means minimum losses while having as much as possible kills, not something that should be allowed unless its bugged imo.

you are right, I dont enjoy this

and I have asked to be turned ai, but that never happened and I wont be the one who B****es about it and refuse to play just because I am losing/not ejoying the hs.
I just want jadli to end me asap, I will put up whatever resistance I can.
that being said, I am like -"a lot" in debt and cant really build anything, so resistance is not strong.
