After playing XGM off and on for about a decade, I finally got a character to earn the title "The Great". I could have done this after the first few weeks of playing XGM. But I like my characters to follow a logical campaign strategy. And this time it worked out.

Chrysoloros the Great.
He started his career in southern Thrace, then went renegade with his veterans and conquered Lower Egypt. Marched into Palestine pursuing the Ptolemies. Then the Sabaens made the mistake of attacking his eastern borders, resulting in their loss of Damascus, Palmyra, and Petra.

It was fun to play, adopted soldier, proven general in Thrace, proclaimed heir to the throne for his valor, disinherited of the Throne for one of the Antigonid blood line, renegade general in Egypt, Legendary Conqueror in the East.
