    It was.

Hard to explain what made them act that way, maybe nerves, and the pressure to win?

That said, i still tought when was 11 vs 11, Porto was still playing better.

It was weirdly funny, however that when they were with 9 in the pitch, its when they actualy gave trouble to Porto. Nainggolan made an excellent match, that guy will be very important for Roma this season. what a player.

I also think Spalletti, messed it up from the begining with his "inventions". Putting De Rossi as CB for instance. I tought that was a bit of a waste and realy not necessary, Roma simply had no midfield, no proper transitions to the atack.
Also taking off Dzeko for Iturbe (I think) was pretty stupid when Roma needed presence in the box, specialy at the time they were closing in. But that is just me.

Not sure really what happened because I didn't watch the match. De Rossi is clearly one of the main responsibles.

Well he did injured Maxi Pereira for near 2 months. I wouldnt be suprised if UEFA had futher punishment for him.

Btw Oliver torres, is allmost certain in Porto. he just landed literaly in Porto city. Diogo Jota might folow.

Andre from corinthians is allmost closed in Sporting lisbon as well.

Anderson Talisca of Benfica, on loan in Besiktas.

Bravo to City and Cillessen to Barca. Barca just got a little worse and City made a huge improvement.

Wilshere to go on loan. Hopefully he'll be back, I think he's the long term replacement for Cazorla, but given Arsene's current stack of midfielder's he won't get a regular place.

Hart to Torino. I guess even Sunderland don't want him.

So, was Hart's last season that bad?

Gnabry (rumour) to Bayern Munich and straight to loan at Werder Bremen, fee not given. Loans - Chambers to Middlesbrough, Wilshere (maybe) to Juve.

Was hoping Wenger might have something up his sleeve for deadline day, but not outgoings.

Loans: Kennedy to Watford, Remy to CP , Bamford to Burnley and Atsu to something.
We are being strongly connected with Alonso from Fiorentina (overpriced lb) and David Luiz! ???
@KoH Portuguese clubs are being absolutely pillaged by Englishmen.

He has played 80 games in 10 years at Arsenal - much as I would love to see him regularly he does appear to be far too injury prone, not sure he will ever get to the point where he is consistently available.

Wailing and gnashing of teeth down Anfield as Balotelli moves to Nice - probably the biggest cheer he ever gets.

David Luiz back to Chelsea, Wilshere to Bournemouth, Hart to Torino, Brony to Stoke. Probably no further blockbuster deals

105 since he was 17 and he's only 24, the problem is he's aggressive in the tackles and gets himself injured, until he learns to curb that aggression he'll always be a liability. Gerrard had similar issues and came good in the end, apart from the odd slip up. I think Cazorla (32) might return to Spain next year and Jack could be his successor. Either way he could be a massive signing for Bournemouth, if he stays fit.

    Chelsea re-sign Side show Bob...

Isn't it just. I can't get excited about it at all.

Chelsea realistically doesn't need to change much. They'd risk ruining the equilibrium of the team (which is arguably fragile).
