Possible to settle as White Huns with both EP and FOTE enabled?

I know FOTE added this feature recently but after choosing to "occupy" a city, I can no longer attack any other cities. It simply will not allow me to click on the settlement.

Is this a bug or does Europa Perdita simply not allow settling for Hun factions?

AFAIK, it's a sort of system bug. One can make nomads able to settle, but I haven't seen any mods which allow to attack cities after that.
May be, the Tanukhids' script could help that. I'm not sure.

Really? I haven't actually checked this myself, but I thought there was a way to fix that no-attacking thing when you allow hordes to settle. Is there the same problem with just FotE enabled? I just want to make sure it's not something in EP conflicting.

I think you need to do a work-around for them to properly settle and conquer. For example moving all the stuff from the White Huns to a Roman rebel faction like Parthia and then switch the starting positions from Parthia and the White Huns.

That`s what I heard at least, never tried it myself
