    Actually what makes Warthammer requirements higher thn Attila's ? The graphics looks very similar in quality. I mean I don't see any difference in the textures.

    Any GTX 960 users here?

    How well does it perform on Warhammer? Is it better than Attila?

    I might buy the game soon, and my only concern towards the game as of now is it's performance on the 960

    I have one of these

    http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/comput...39156-pdt.html

    I went to can I run it and the only thing it failed on was the dedicated video memory. Its 512mb - because min specs is 1024mb, would I def stand no chance of riunning it? Or could I poss run on really low settings?

    I'm crap at this sort of thing so thanks tin advance

    Maybe, Iv got a gtx 460 (a really old one) with 767 mb, and I can run it just fine. I say you buy it and try, and if not get a refund (steam refunds yay)

    Hy guys, my specs are:

    CPU => i5 2500k
    GPU => GTX 770 4GB
    RAM => 8 GB 1600MHz
    Windows 7 Professional 64 bits

    I'm playing Attila on ultra/high mix at 1080p resolution with my size armies on medium and I want to play Warhammer at the same settings so I have 4 questions:

    1 - Do I really need to change my i5 2500k to a i5 4570??
    2 - If I don't need to change my 2500k, do I need overclocking it??
    3 - Is it better to upgrade my Windows 7 to 10 ot not??
    4 - Do I need to add more RAM??

    1: The cpus perform very close, you shouldn`t have a problem with it.
    2: ^
    3: You do not have to upgrade, I do not believe theres a difference in performance until DirectX 12 drivers come out so you should be fine
    4: 8 gigs is enough for any game, you won`t need more for a few years!

    (btw, I run the game fine with a toaster)

    I have almost the same set up as you and i play it on 1080p, ultra army size with everything on high going 40-50 fps, you're good to go no need to change.

    No harm in overclocking the cpu and going from a 770 to say a 1070 would be a big diff and with a nice overclock you are talking pretty much maxed out @1080p.

    But as you say nothing wrong with staying with what he/she has...

    And I would upgrade to windows 10.1 etc.

    p.s over 60fps is ideal as in bigger battles you might not notice any slow down. (have a i7 920 @4ghz with a 970 and 1920x1200, windows 10.1, 8gb ram).

    Personally am upgrading cpu in a yr or so but this cpu and the 2500k have been real workhorses of cpus. (with a nice overclock...the 2500k is great at this).

    1- No
    2- Cheaper than 1 if you want more FPS.
    3- You should bite the bullet and upgrade someday but for now you don't need to . The GTX770 won't perform any better with DX12.
    4- Definitely not

    Note: A better GPU would help more than a new CPU for the same cost once you factor in a motherboard and CPU. Wait until after the DX12 patch is out and see the benchmarks, you should see that less CPU power is needed. Note if you want to go down this path you will need to upgrade to Windows 10.

    In the end it all depends on your budget and amount of time you send gaming Good budget, new GTX1070, limited budget, maybe the new AMD 480 that's coming out end of the month.

    I intend to upgrade my GPU and CPU and MOBO in the end of the year... maybe in a Black Friday!! I'm glad that my PC hold this game for a while.

    I might be affected by the Nvidia driver problems now... when game released it ran great! 50fps etc and even when I accepted the newest Nvidia drivers no problems but in the last 2 days suddenly the GPU dropped into poor performance- running benchmarks I am getting 50% worse scores in the benchmarks when TW is not even running. So either something happened to the GPU (possible but I've never heard of GPU remaining functional just with worse performance if its not a heating issue) checked vents, just cleaned them last week and when checked they are still mostly clean so can't imagine it is heating issue as well temps seem about the same when ran benchmarks previously. Battles in Warhammer went from +50fps down into low 20s or even less in heavy battle or forests/sieges. Nearly unplayable in some intense battles because of constant mis-licks. I am rolling back drivers now seeing if that helps or not.

    Nothing. In fact I'd say Warhammer requirements are LOWER.

    Hi guys!

    Not the greatest with computers by far, my old man has given me a laptop he no longer uses and was curious if it would be able to run Total War Warhammer on ANY settings?

    Not sure where the info for my computer is but this is what ive found!

    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4030U CPU @ 1.90GHz
    Installed Memory RAM: 4.00GB
    System Type: 64-Bit Operating System
    Graphics: Integrated IntelŽ graphics and NVIDIAŽ GT820/840 Discrete graphics

    CPU could probably run it but that integrated CPU... not sure even if it runs that it would be playable.

    I've got an 15-4690K and a new GTX 1070. I know I can run the game, but was wondering what the max monitor I could use was?

    I was looking at the monitors on this guide:

    https://elitegamingcomputers.com/best-gaming-monitors/

    I like the BenQ XL2730Z 27″, but could I run a 1440p 144Hz monitor with good results? Is there any point in running a higher refresh rate for Warhammer? Or could I save some money and go 60Hz?
