Unlock units

I was searching for solving this problem but i didn't find anything that's why I am asking.

Is there any possibility to unlock units for ceratain factions like Nordland Crossbowmen for Reikland?
I changed ownerships in export_descr_strat but still recruit units is impossible.

you need to add in export_descr_unit faction you want to have specific units(if i remember currently it is on the bottom of unit's statistics, also you must add entry in export_descr_building if you want to recruit it on campaign map

Your altering the wrong file, you need to alter export_descr_building txt to change recruitment.
