    It's his mod, and he's the one that figured out how to do this stuff.

    He doesn't owe us anything, and the hard work he's done makes the mod unique why would he - or even should he - be obliged to give that away?

    If everyone would have such an attitude like you described the modding scene would be dead as a dodo.

    The scripting work I do, I do in a bid to make my mods unique. The potential of doing things never before done in TW modding is exactly what drives me to mod.

    So, at least for me, it's the exact opposite - I wouldn't be modding unless there were new things to figure out and ways to make my work truly unique relative to the rest of the modding scene.

    Yes, this is an understandable motivation and is probably also one of the factors that made the OP making his mod.
    I just wanted to point out that its important to not just ignore relevant questions plus to share the done work (And eventually give the permission to other modders using the work). But as you said, since he just confirmed after my first post that he will upload the mod people will be able to figure out some of the questions on their own.
