Same here. I'm not sure those are really the emperor's daughters. He's only 20 or so himself.
As the Saxons I had to give my blessing to the marriage of one of my other nobles, so perhaps it's like that in reverse?
Attila keeps record of 'other nobles' family members if they're adopted and people who have since left the family tree through death or marriage. So you'll get death notices for people you didn't know existed. I think once a character is adopted you should be able to interact with his existing family. Especially if he's old, and has been married for years. Instead the tree starts at the age he's adopted so if he's forty, he likely won't have any children, same with marriages. They're almost always daughters. Sometimes a family member will be bumped over to 'other nobles.' for example, one of my famous generals had an illegitimate son, and once he died, the illegitimate son became an 'other noble.' and eventually a famous general in his own right.
OT- It says 'daughter.' no matter which female it is, same with 'elopement.'

That was what I thought but if I could fully interact with the adopted members family wouldn't they appear in the tree (the female members)? I have recently started the campaign so the family is small - the (married) emperor, his brother and one adopted character to each one. Noone has died yet, except the emperor's parents who are shown dead from the very beginning.
I see the family tree and the proper historical names are still problem in TW Attila, I hope this will be fixed in the next DLC's and in the future patches, we need more diplomacy and intermarriages in the game. This makes game more active and much more interesting, especially intermarriages between the factions/kingdoms are interesting they should tie two ruling clans together and to make their alliance more coherent.
Through your intercession I hope to see the light of Thy son and the light of everlasting ages !
