Try this nifty little program http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

It's called Blue Screen View, it can read .dmp files and tell you what caused the crash. Given that you can run the much more demanding witcher I'd put my money on a software related issue but you should still check the temperature of your gpu and processor with Attila running. Alternatively it could also be a bad HDD sector

The hdd sector is quite good the problem stop occuring(for now) when i unticked graphic options on demand(or something like that). I must play more to check it out; that it was a problem with that option or cpu.

    Tango might for link anyhow

Edit: i checked dmp file in that program on the top of that table is amd driver(AMD multi-vendor Miniport Driver). So it's possibly related to that. The four lines are redish(on the top).
    PS: how to read that??

Edit2: I checked again it's related mostly to directx kernel (wtf is that???). Crash caused by dxgkrnl.sys driver...

Red lines are the drivers that caused the crash. That can be either due to a fulty piece of hardware or a conflict somewhere. Most likely your drivers are conflicting with the game or dx somewhere

No idea what dx kernel it is but google says to try updating your graphics driver. Apparently there was a DX update last month and MS method of updating DX is to just lunch it as is and fix the bugs as/when they come in but sometimes the bug reports get picked up by the display driver and sent to nvidia/ati and it gets fixed in their updates.

(this is for nvidia drivers but it might help)
