Default Medieval II Suffered Fatal Error

So after reinstalling Third Age about ten billion times I seem to not be able to fix any of the problems i've come across. So far I've followed every guide I could find, tried different things and it still doesnt work (I reinstalled Medieval II to get the Kingdoms.exe back, renamed the Third Age file to "teutonic, or americas" and whenever I try to run it I receive "Medieval II suffered a fatal error and will now exist." also the title of the small tab is CA_LIBS.

I'm totally lost, because i've reinstalled both parts of Third Age, and the 3.2 patch and it still doesn't work at all. I'm running the steam version.

Start your main M2TW campaign once, and start one of the Kingdoms campaigns just once. Try your mod again.
American, French, Israeli and British government's ILLEGAL aggression against the Syrian people, without any proof for chemical attacks in Douma, and without waiting for OPCW to conduct their investigation..
Sons of *******, leave that poor, war torn country in peace.
If you are a citizen of one of these countries, then DO NOT ask any help from me on these forums, since, in protest against this aggression by your governments, I do not provide assistance/help anymore.
Let Syria be finally in peace.

A video of false chemical attack in Douma, Syria, which led to Western illegal attacks.
