How do I fix the setting on 3ds Max to Show the textures for the models?
Hello I know the title says it all "How do I fix the setting on 3ds Max to Show the textures for the models?" I have 3ds Max 2014 and 2015, and I was wondering what setting do I up it one for Textures for when I miss with viewport settings it always comes out black. Dose anyone know how to fix it? Also IS there a way to make the 3DS files CA gives you as a base, into files that work on 3ds Max 2014 instead of just 15?

Legacy Direct3D is the viewport driver which works for me. With Attila's AK example 3ds Max files I got the same problem if I remember correctly. They are somewhat buggy. So just open up an example 3ds Max file of Rome II's AK and save the material in a library so you have always access to it. This works fine. Therefore you probably would also need to put the fx file called "ca_shader" of Rome II's AK into the fx folder of 3ds Max.
