Thread: I did change medieval2 to kingdoms fammit!

Default I did change medieval2 to kingdoms fammit!

Like the title says. I unzipped DOTS into my Med2 data/mods folder and have renamed the medieval2.exe to kingdoms but I'm still getting the error message when I run the batch file. Any help is appreciated.

Uhm you need the Kingdoms expansion to run it. Renaming the medieval.exe won't help.

Umm I have the Kingdoms expansion mate. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I'm using the disc version. INstalled DOTS to C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\Dominion_of_the_Sword.

Went to C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War and renamed the medieval2.exe to Kingdoms.exe and when I run the DOTS batch file I still get the error saying it can't find Kingdoms.exe.

you don't need to rename the medieval.exe because kingdoms.exe should come with the expansion
