if its 2.2 to 2.21, then yes, you can play the old one.

The patch should be installed in the RTW folder (where RomeTW.exe is). You should use the v2.22 patch - you have to start a new campaign after installation, the old one will not work anymore.

I'm having the same problem, I click on the ROP shortcut but I get vanilla RTW instead. How do I do this admistrator thing? I do have Vista.

You should right-click on the installation file and then from the menu you can select "Run as administrator" as the third option normally.

Hello

I have just downloaded this mod, using the instructions at the start (run as administrator). I have RTW Gold. So I have BI and Alexander installed and patched to 1.6.

When I start the game, I get the option to select Imperial Campaign. However, when I select it, it brings up a box telling me to select an item from the previous list. It does allow me to select Historical battles.

How can I cure this?

No worries. After closing program I see that I have same problem as #23. I do already have a few mods in the RTW file.
