On the first pic we can see he has some Psijics (if thats the battle you reffer to), thus, he had mages....

Upon examining the turn I observe the fact that the Argonian player moved defeated ships to defeat the Dres navy. A replay is needed.

Its not the same ships, the ships i used was defeated two turns ago if I'm not mistaken

That was ending to turn 47 when I first defeated them. They retreated and catched them the next turn (see on page 41, post 816) when I defeated them again. Thus they are not allowed to move.

According to the discussionon discord, we agreed on ending the HS, with possible continuation/sequel on the new TES version, as the current wasnt exactly suitable for this kind of war.
Pretty much everyone also agreed to declare captainnorway(AD) and saleska2(High Rock) winners, as the certainly have had the upper hand for some time already.
If someone actually disagree, make a post.
