End turn/view faction buttons not functioning?

First, I absolutely love and appreciate the work you guys have done through the years, i've been a silent fan from the start. Big issue running VII though--

I start a Roman campaign, and I have no issues scrolling around, selecting unit or cities. But on the bottom strat map menu where the unit cards and end turn button are, there is absolutely no sign of life. If I select a city or unit, all of the appropriate cards show up on the bottom, but I cannot select, or right click to view information on them. The same goes with the end turn, and view faction info button, neither are working. The entire menu is dead. I am PRAYING that this is a known issue with a fix, and not one unique to my rig.

In any case, I appreciate the help.

Try a fresh install. I don't know what to say man. I've had problems, but never this one specifically.
