I'm not a history specialist. But I think in the 13th century the soldiers of the GDL will be all-Eastern Slavs. Kievan Rus will be appropriate for an example.


But do not forget that at that time the most significant part of the population was still pagan. And warriors often used pagan symbols on their shields.
