(SOLVED) A way to Start Attlia!!!

So far I have been trying to get this game running for about 6-8 months. Sadly it's not working. I went to see a tried asking for help, the sadly everything they suggested I tried and it didn't work. Okay, I try verifying the cache at least five times, and it says it's okay. I uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, and Attila. And still it does what it's always done. Which is I am able to get the launcher up, and then it runs, the game hits the splash screen it just sits there and doesn't go into the game. I could be sitting there for almost 5 min. waiting for to start, and nothing happens. So you should have to do ctrl alt delete, to exit the game.

Here are the specs of my computer:
Windows 7 32-bit
AMD Athlon X4 860K
GeForce GT 610
8GB of RAM
1280x1024

Does anyone have any idea of what could be stopping again from fully going through. The game used to work on my computer, though it would crash a lot. I purchased the game from G2A.

what Attila file???

I mean "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Total War Attila" And the File is the Attila EXE. You have to rename the EXE to launcher, and replace the launcher that came with the game. P.S.
