Edit: Yeah, I've got nothing. The loss of my western fleet combined with my failure to scout the woods is the winning blow - I could deal with either on their own, but combined there's nothing I could do to stop an overwhelming force from reaching my shores a few turns from now. Theoretically I might be able to bribe Janus Hasildor by burning out most of my infrastructure, but that would leave me entirely crippled in the long term, with too much ground to cover to try to negate that disadvantage with a counterpush. I could also pull ships off the eastern front, but that would be abandoning all hope of fending off the Imperial fleet.

I congratulate you on your well-fought victory, Dragon and Jadli. This was one of the most fun hotseats I've played in.

I think the result has been clear for at least ten turns, but pros to you for keeping hoping and fighting despite the odds

Well fought all of you, and congratulations to Jadli and Dragon in their victory! After fighting for about 2 and a half years, I'm glad to see this come to an end. All participants gets a well-deserved +rep of course.
