    Default Daiymo Models

What points the Starting Daiymo to use his correlating mesh?

Under StartPos_characters override general model is blank for all of them, Same with portrait ID.

    What is controlling this??

(I'm trying to make Custom Generals But they show up bugged IG)

Very good, thanks for the information. Have you already tried it on a custom model?

Yeah Ive gotten pre-exisiting agents (generals) to use Custom variant files. Only thing I havent done is make an entirely new agent (General) yet, but knowing what I know now, I could probably go back and do this.

Icon3 startpos.esf does not get added to mod pack

Don't know if this will fix your problem Havie, but maybe it will help someone else too.

The rules.bob files in the campaigns subdirectories are wrong. You can just delete them altogether [2].
