I have one condition, he cant take over the new faction before Mooton is either defeated or turned AI

why? Mooton has 3 region's left and is just camping. Me taking those faction would be a relieve for the admin. Less factions to sub, faster pace.
And at the moment he is subbing factions that are at war with eachother, that's just rediculous.
You have to give better reasons to deny me from taking them in my opinion.
I've given you some good reasons, now you can do the same, and I listen to what you have to say. But just saying "No you can't" doesn't work

The reason is that i don't think you should control three factions. I agree about it becoming easier for the admin. But what is Mooton survives with help from Emmon(i don't know about the current situation). That would give you three factions. And if it as you say about Mooton being almost defeated I se litte problem about turning them AI. Tho in the end it's the admin who decides what will happen. And no matter what he sees fit for this situation someone will disagree. If admin thinks it's ok that you have three factions i will respect that.

Seeing as Mooton is still helpful, even just a little, I'm leaning towards it remaining in player hands.
Since Mooton is in a standstill, I don't see the problem in King of Dawn taking over. All he need do is hit the end turn on Mooton, and
get serious on the other two turns. Greyjoy/Blackwood is played by 1 player, as Estermont/Durrandon was prior.

If Mooton survives, and Dawn decides to turn on you, I will give you control of Mooton, or turn them AI in the future.
I hope this will be a compromise amiable for both parties.
