I've got a new player for our group. She's never played eu4 MP, so I'll play Spain-Portugal or England-Scotland with her. It would be nice if we got one of those pairs.

Any pair will do though. France-Netherlands, Denmark-Sweden, or something like that is fine.

Have you seen paradox devs mp? Point system is what makes it so interesting. Check their videos on yt or twitch.

Point system cant hurt, would help break up any annoying powerblocks that form and get people to war whoever starts expanding east a bit too keenly.

So far 12 people are guaranteed. We might even get whole 15. That would be like the biggest game we had. We will finally be able to spread around the World without Musty being on flanks of everyone!

Also I suggest that whoever get screwed up in first few sessions may pick another country preferably not in Europe.

You say that, last game I was Florence and went to war with literally everyone around me at some point during the game (wars of aggression I might add).

But yeah if you have as many people as you say (as until people actually turn up on the night, I'm not going to count on those numbers, pun not intended), then we might be able to have slots outside Europe. If we end up doing RNW, I'd like to see nations that have a shot at colonising (Morrocco is the obvious choice outside the norm, though a Malaya/Japan could colonise from the other side if there were enough to have people in Asia).
