This is the submission/nomination thread for MAARC LXII!

    Eligibility
    - The nominated AAR must have at least two updates in November.
    - The first place winner of the previous competition cannot compete in this current MAARC.
    - Only one AAR per person.
    - The submission of pre-published work is prohibited. Any story found to have been published offsite will be disqualified.

    - The competition is open for a month, followed by a one week, multi-poll vote.
    - If there are less than 5 nominations, the submission period is extended for one week, followed by a poll with reduced rewards. If less than 3 stories are nominated, the competition continues indefinitely until at least 3 stories have been submitted.
    - Usually authors nominate their own work. If you would like to nominate somebody else's work, please ask for the author's approval first (or encourage the author to nominate the AAR)!

I submit my AAR, Fleur de Lis, by me, King Frost. It is an Empire Total War, French AAR. It has battles, intrigue, evil and good men, and some pretty good photos. It's my first AAR, check it out!

After being encouraged by Alwyn, I'd like to submit my AAR to this competition. It is called Chronicles of Cimmeria, an AAR based on ME2 Europa Barbarorum 2 and the Kimmerios Bosporos faction. It is a typical campaign-driven narrative, basically using what's happening in the campaign as a writing prompt.

"... ragged men were emerging from the forest to the left and the clouds of smoke surrounded them. Small groups of them were taking turns to level their muskets and fire. Sloppy discipline, thought the colonel automatically, that’s not how you fire a proper volley."
