    Talking about EU4.
    Whats a good warmonger faction?
Should get a strong army and many cbs against neighbors.
Also a big goal (like forming prussia or russia or something similar) would be nice.
Bonus if the faction starts out relatively small...

    THX!
Which of the german nations is good at war?
I want some smaller nation but not a 1 province one.
What are good national ideas for warmongering?
How hard is it to westernize with Ottomans,Muscovy,Poland, etc.?

How good are the armies of non western countries compared to western ones?
Do the Ottomans get some special units?

Brandenburg is by far the best German war nation. Otherwise you might try Hesse.
As idea groups you want influence, offensive, defensive, quality, maybe quantity (personal preference). Not specifically in that order, but influence as your first is generally a good idea if you wish to wage war.

As for the westernisation thing, it is not necessary to westernise as those nations, only if you are bored and have nothing else to do. Westernisation is generally easier when you are smaller and have high religious unity and accepted cultures, so do it early.
Eastern and Ottoman troops are generally ok against western units late game, but will still lose unless they have some special edge (discipline, combat ability, etc...).
For the early game, until tech 11-ish eastern troops are on par or better than western troops. Ottoman troops remain stronger for a longer time, but will decline at a later point in the game.

No I am not such a newby anymore, I am just a noob on eastern factions!
So please give me some help:
So can someone sum up of what to actually do as Muscovy?
    I mean: Ideas,alliances,who to attack early,what army composition,etc.???

I really need that help, I had some succesful games with Castille and Ottomans, but now I want to move on to some more difficult faction...
So please answer my questions about Muscovy, it would help me a lot!

Muscovy has a complicated early game, but is a late game powerhouse.
As for a strategy, its up to you really. Generally, players almost insta-dow Novgorod and annihilate them. Then you wait for an opportunity to pounce on the hordes, which might take forever. If you have to wait too long, look for other opportunities: A recently independant Sweden or Livonian order perhaps. Once you've broken the hordes you are free to expand into Asia. At some point you are strong enough to kill Poland-Lithuania and start your advance into Europe. And if you are REALLY bored early game you might consider westernisation, but once you are starting to get bigger just don't bother.

When do I get the special ideas for my country?(the ones which I see in the campaign starting screen)?
You all think westernization isnt worth it? Why?
Is it true that I need an explorer to advance my borders east? Are the lands there worth it?
