Looking for a guide for pergamon,,,

A few turns in, and athens, sparta, mazaca, seleucids, egypt, all declared war on me.. They also dont accept any trade agreements or non aggressions.. I mean, feels not exactly real if every faction around me is gonna declare war or none are going to give me something in trade... atleast i got a trade agreement from athens in one restart... then they declared war on me...

like always my first question: What difficulty?

There should be a way even you start with VH I think. I have never tried Pergamon before but I have started with more difficult ones.

When you have a lot of neighbors, you may try to declare war on one of them to improve the relation with the rest of them from the very beginning.

If you have wars with a couple of factions already, more AI factions will join the war against you because you are becoming increasingly vulnerable.

You could always use softcore and hardcore submods to adjust every situation to your liking.
