Hi I was wondering how you modded siege hold out times?.
That is something i'm wondering for a long time as well,such an incredibly long siege holdout time basically made starving a city an non-option.After some digging i,ve found this.

Just mod the campaign_variable on siege_attrition_resistance_turns_base, 1 value equal like 2 turn if i remember, you can use + and - value like 2 or -2. Me myself the solid value was 1. If the city have port it will count as extra 1 turn, so
using value 1
then non port city will get like 2 turn, and with port they get like 3 turn, if i made a mistake just told me, i bit forgetfull around this part
