well if you ask what I would do. i would drop the faction and ask the admin to take over or find a replacement and I have allready done so in the past. if there is an immediate threat or war going on e.g. two allies fighting and one drops out - i find that is a situation in which it is fine to sub both factions. after the war is over though it would be time to drop the faction. but thats really just my personal opinion

We need a replacement for Sicily, does anyone have anybody in mind? Also, what do you guys think of turning Hungary and TO AI? I have no time to sub them and since players think it's unfair to play 2 factions at once, I have no other ideas. Otherwise it will take ages to finish this.

I agree too. But I do not agree that the Byzzies should have additional time to prepare, he was warned in time that he should drop Hungary and actually he had a turn to prepare himself for every possible scenario but he simply chose to ignore the warning, which is very disappointing.
