ESF editor that works with Empire anyone??

Im wanting to change the savefile to allow for 40 unit armys, except the latest ESF 1.1.1 wont allow for this in empire..does anyone have a link to an old ESF that works?

Currently when using ESF 1.1.1 the text goes red when changing the unit numbers and thus wont save..the earlier ESF's worked fine with this.

Have you tried ESF Editor 1.4.5 or ESF Editor 1.4.3? I don't know whether they can be used to allow 40 unit armies, but I have used them for other ESF editing purposes with Empire Total War.
