Constructing watchtowers in order to prevent forting is not allowed. You can construct watchtowers, but you will be asked to replay if it is obvious the reason why the watchtower has been built is to prevent forting

24. You can fight battles against the AI rebel faction.- was grayed out for me so i had to autoresolve sieges

OK im just clearing things up here firstly alot of the rules were copied and pasted thus we have some errors all battles are auto resolved becouase i ticked that options and it is in the admin thing. About the watch towers that is my mistake so i will grant everyone to have 4 watch towers but only in the starting regions daggerfall have all ready put down there watch towers and i think this is a fair action. Also everyone make sure you only take regions inside the map.
