    Hi CA
    since rome 1 alexander dlc until now there wasn't any dlc about the persian empire...we persian love your games but we had a dream about persian empire dlc that never came true...plz do a favior to your persian fans and make a dlc about the sassanid empire...they are many historical insidents about the Sassanid empire that can turn into a dlc...for example king of kings khosro parvis that gave the ERE quite a hard time, by conquering much of their eastern territory and even besigeing constantinople ( byzantian capital city as we all know ). he lost the battle against heraclius but the important thing is sassanid empire was the strongest empire during king of kings khosro parvis's kingship .or it can be about the muslim invasions and attacks to the sassanid empire and the title can be rise of islam...what I am trying to say is its a fact that the Sassanid empire was a superpower at those times and its not fair not making a dlc for an important empire like the Sassanid empire...plz make a dlc and add many new persian units and plz reskin the sassanid generals and units which look like arabs and remove the sash from the sassanid empire units and make a diffrence between the Sassanid empire buldings and the arabian buildings.I am a modder myself but its realy hard to make this requests all in one mod and no one can make these things as great as you ca ! here are some sources about the sassanid empire .

    What Sassanids need imo is strong enemy on the east or north. Campaign as is with them is easy and boring even on legendary. Their roster is very good mybe some more historically accurate units wouldn't hurt but thats not what this game really needs since there are far more disturbing inaccuracies like with Alans or Slavs for example.

    CA is not going to fix the Sassanid situation in the Grand Campaign because no one at CA wants to admit how inherently flawed they made the Sassanids. What I think will happen is that they're going to better represent the Sassanids through a new DLC campaign pack featuring Heraclius. The campaign map will stretch from the Danube to Iran and there you will be able to make the Romans and Sassanids fight on equal terms. You'll get some new Sassanid and Roman units that'll look like the ones posted by the OP and you'll get the Slavic factions + Armenia (FLC) as new playable factions. It's a wild guess but that's kinda how CA operates. They don't mind creating new (paid) content but for some reason they have something against changing/fixing what's already in the game. To give an example: When Attila first came out, people complained that the Roman units looked dull and dreary compared to the Germanic units. CA never fixed them, but when they created the "Roman Expedition" faction you suddenly see Romans that wear nicely detailed late period Roman tunics. For some reason though, these changes never translated to the ERE and WRE in the main campaign.

    If the dlc map only stretches to Iran that will be bad. To have the most amount of enemies sassanids should have fronts in central Asia (as far as north of Tienshan) so that the enemies there won't have one city), Northeast of Indus river maybe, Caucasia, Syria and Arabia

    great idea...but about CA...I am sure they wont disappoint their fans...

    yes it is better to have a bigger map covering the white huns and so on...

    Give the Sassanians contemporary eastern adverseries as to the Kidarites, Alchon and Nezak and Hephtalites and the game is going to be much improved.

    ERE and Sassanids are "side effect" and not fully playable factions in Attila.
    Attila is a game focussing on Germans and ONLY Germans. WRE exists simply because Germans have something to qonquer in the game!
    Just watch the details of both Roman Empires (cities, diplomacy, units etc) and Sassanids!
    Germanic tribes "look" more under attention!
    Who cares about the real influence a certain state delivered in history?
    In the market world history transforms according to whom we want to sell!
    Franks with cataphracts, German barbarians with sophisticated siege artilery and fire ships, OP pikemen and many more!
    Everything focuses on the aim of "nationalistic" superiority western europeans ask despertly to feel in entire history!
    CA knows that very well and re-creates history -and the games- properly inorder to sell!
    TGC in order to continue its development seak one or more desicated scripters to put our campaign scripts mess to an order plus to create new events and create the finall missing factions recruitment system. In return TGC will give permision to those that will help to use its material stepe by step. The result will be a fully released TGC plus many mods that will benefit TGC's material.
    Despite the mod is dead does not mean that anyone can use its material
    read this to avoid misunderstandings.

    IWTE tool master and world txt one like this, needed inorder to release TGC 1.0 official to help TWC to survive.
    Adding MARKA HORSES in your mod and create new varietions of them. Tutorial RESTORED.

    What is everybody talking about? The Sassanids already have a hugely diverse roster with solid everything. They have a ton of Shock Cav, plenty of really good infantry like the Immortals, many skirmishers, Crossbow Cavalry (!!!), and Elephants (!!!!). Plus the DLC units, I guarantee you, will be overpowered as all get-out. This faction is good on its own without any help. We just need White Huns to harry their frontier.

    So no, no Sassanid DLC.

    When I play Tw I feel bad because I realy think that Ca doesn’t much care about eastern cultures (specialy great Iran’s culture in Rome 1 and 2 or Islamic culture in Medival) as it cares about Europen’s even wildling savage people like celts and I’m so angry : why would Ca shows ancient Iranians like Arabs? Anyway ; this is what I’m trying to say : Ca needs to know the ing truth.It’s simple
    1: Sassanid soldiers were not like Arabs.
    2: Gamer of Tw in Iran want from Ca to make a dlc about Sassanids.
    3:Eastern Roman should be strong enough against the enemies.

    My friend i know how you feel.
    But unforthunatly in TW games "profit" comes 1st. Most and more wealthy customers of CA/SEGA are in west/central/north europe (almost all of Germanic origin) and USA.
    Those customers still "see" TW factions as modern enemies! So they do not care about Sassanids or ERE!
    They do not care if those two states curved and created the civilisation they live TODAY!
    CA/SEGA uses this excuse to work on those gactions (that are ment to vanish after all in the game).

    If you are so offended by CA's priorities then you really should find a better developer with a better game. Better, develop your own game. But you will find out sooner or later that gameplay and balance comes first before your masterrace's superiority.

    Very true...But you forget that I was not the one that promised the best TW games ever TWICE!
    I was not the modder that i was chosen because of my exelent work and came back with two crap and unfinished games.
    Yes i can NOT create a game..I hardly can use my pc! But i like honesty in my life. I expect honesty espesialy from people that "lived" and got know worldwide from this site thanks to this site's members like you and me! I like to get what i pay for.
    I still can not fully understand of how former TW games achievements in all features failed to be part of the last 2 TW games! I just don't get it...
