Khand it is! I'm really interested to see how this will all turn out. I'll get started today and post any entries in a separate thread here in the public forums.

My AAR style will likely not be "novelistic"; that is, I won't be focusing on character development or weaving an elaborate narrative. I like to give a clear account of the experience of gameplay, although there will be some flourishes here and there.

Alright, I suppose that Khand would be an interesting faction too, it being the only seminomadic faction after all.

Yeah, I was wondering which faction would be the "better" one to present the mod to new players. Dale, as a major faction, has more building and unit options, and is likely better known. But Khand has a certain underdog/exotic appeal. (I assure you I did not influence WifeoftheCount's vote!)

I think Khand is a good choice. Its little known, but alone among the minor factions it has a quite extensive and completely unique roster that shares almost nothing with any of the other factions on the map.

It also doesn't hurt that we have made some fairly significant changes to horse archers and cavalry balance since the open beta and they really could do with some testing...
