custom and quick battles 'crashes' in game

Hi, I've played this mod with the raven submod for a few hours, and all works well, I really like it.

I tried the ustom battle feature, but whe I have arranged the armies, amd click 'next', I somehow return to the previous menu ( factions and teams for custom battle).
I the tried te quick battle feature, which returned me to the min menu.

I couldnt find any mentions of this problem in this forum, anyone an idea how to solve it?

I just downloaded and tried a custom battle. No issues for me, sorry. I'running steam version on win 8.1.

Is there any error given ? If you make the launch option ( or the shortcut ) -show_err -nm -mod:arthur then it will show you the error if there are any.
