Can Asha Greyjoy and Theon Greyjoy both be hostages of mine, since that is where we last saw them in the custody of Stannis. I would like to do some RP regarding them, following Stannis character, of course.

I think like Edmure with lannisters the Greyjoy kids should be hostages frozen and to bargained with but not useable generals for the faction that has them.

Okay, so I want to try and cover these one by one:
As for Arryn starting with more gold, I agree, and I think 15k is a fair number, I will consult with Parafix too
As for Robert Arryn as FL, I can do this, just note Alert that you will have one less family member. Also, Petyr Baelish will have probably 7ish loyalty.
As for hostages (both Edmure and the Greyjoys) I was actually thinking the same before it was brought up, and I am leaning towards agreeing. All hostages will have the Taken Prisoner trait (similar to Theon in F&B, and can be bargained for, and should I deal be struck I shall transport them home and remove that trait). Again something I want to discuss with Para about, but I think it is a good idea.

Also, I am going to just ask that you all hold off on sending proposals to the iron bank until I have finished editing the files, can only do one thing at once, and there is a fair bit of editing to do.

You could make Peytr head of the family tree, but Robert/Harrold are classed as his sons?

The way it is by default robert is lifted as petyr's son, and harrold where harrold should be(but still a family member)

Right Vale will start at 12k gold, Asha will be a prisoner of Stannis, Theon was sacrificed to the old gods by Stannis and Edmure is to loved up in Casterly Rock and will not be a prisoner / general.
