I know it isnt very relevant but I was wondering how come the faction number decreased and some seemingly "big" factions like the Iron Hills, Dorwinion Umbar and some easterling factions were cut.
I guess the latter one were merged into one sinlge faction in the game but what about the former ones ?

Because modelling is a heap of work and we wanted to reduce the workload by cutting 6 of the factions and merging them with other factions.

Iron Hills with Erebor
Dorwinion with Dale
Umbar with Harad

The current artist, Cyrius Pt has made 100 unit cards so far, so it's probably a bit too late to change styles. Plus his style looks pretty awesome.
