It looks great, but I have one question. Will the Romans (Byzantines/Nicaea) be called the Roman Empire? Historians today call it the Empire of Nicaea because its capital at the time was Nicaea, but its real name was the Roman Empire.

I'm thinking for simplicity sake while the states are divided I'll keep the names separate but I want to make it so when if one of them beats the others the name of their "confederation" will be The Roman Empire. Otherwise I feel it would get a little confusing.

This mod looks really promising though i have compliment about the time period
I think it should be a bit earlier like the beginning of saladin conquest it will be a much interesting campaign playing as the Ayyubid or the Crusader states
otherwise this mod will be awesome i always asked for a medieval 3 and since CA is doing Warhammer I think this mod will appease medieval fans so keep on the good work

Excellent work, sir. Canīt wait to play the campaign!

One question though, are you planning the opportunity to confederate the main nations (france, hre...) with their vassals, maybe with a balanced chance of success (10-25%)?? So the player and the Ai would have another way, a political way to expand their lands and their influence without breaking alliances and declare war on their vassals.
    This would be amazing!

Nice work, but how are you going to implement gunpowder weapons mechanic into the mod especially after the years of 1453? Like handcannon, arquebus, the matchlock muskets and culverins?

This looks fatastic! I got so hyped about this(along with Ancient Empires mod) that i can't go back to RII now

Just one question, or two actually, how will the Byzantian(Nicaea/Trebizond army look and will they have Constantinople as Homeland(if they reconquer it)?

That seems completely reasonable, since so many states called themselves Romans during that period. Good idea!

You are making amazing process with this mod, the map looks great. Will the southern HRE states (Pisa, Genova, Schwyz...) declare independence at some point?

Why you put lower Nubia to the Ayyubids and Makuria to the two Ethiopian provinces instead? Would be historicaly more plausible if you give the two upper provinces to Makuria and the lower to Alodia.
