Admin call, but we need Renly and GJ replaced, Tully is away, Dorne has been late so far and inactive for 2-3 days (?). General does not seem to be on much either these days. Also Stark was late last turn, not exactly getting the feeling that most wish to continue. If we can find the replacements needed might fix things but i would not keep this open for to much longer if that is not possible.

I think you should restart from the beginning, but allow people to change their factions or something like that, and maybe merge Stark-Tully and Lannister-Joffrey.

I'd rather do that with ASOS3 files as thats got more interesting stuff. But that would require me to be 100% sure that the HS would be active and none of this subbing / replacing crap.

If you do something like NBIII for example, but on New Beginning Submod, then I'm in 100%.

I think there are too many players that need to be replaced in this hotseat and too many absent. It may be a good idea to close this thread and maybe try to start it over it again fresh with new players and returning present players to make a smoother transition.

I don't think i will be I'm trying to cut down on Hotseats slowly and non aggresivly, but this seems like a prime time to take one down sry lads.
