Ofcourse! Welcome, as soon as we have some Mediterranean text files you can start translating and maybe even Voice-acting if you want.

Wait Ottoman is turkish right? You can start translating right away, just go to ou website and pick the Arabic file listed under MSD's. I know it says arabic but it is also used for the Turks.

What kind of Ottoman? This definitely sounds very interesting. And medieval Greek? Looks like we've struck gold

I couldn't say "gold" but I shall give it a nice try. My "medieval" greek come from two original texts, the (original) Alexiad by Anna Comneni and the Strategicon (Guide for strategy) of Kekavmenos both excellent examples of medieval greek written in the 11th-12th century. The ottoman language is pretty much a turkish language with a sort of "dense" armenian accent as we (historians I mean) believe that seljucs and halep turks had this nomad accent.
By the way, if anyone has the time, I strongly suggest you read the strategicon as it is a real manual of medieval engagement (Byzantines had to fight against heavy charging cavalry as well as against light archer cavalry).
