No, they aren't for free use until my mod will not be released. Even if it will released they are can't be use even if the author of new mod point to original author, because I plan release to the Steam and secondly I must to help other modocrafters (RTR). I'm sorry, but that's it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And so you must to try alone make and learn without other help. I had long way of the internet lessons to reach what I can do for now. When I for the first time started I even couldn't read and understand on english, and all lessons was on english. So, don't be lazy and do it. If you want make your best mod then you can make it.
